We spent 4 wonderful days in Rome thanks in part to the staff at Navona, who were always kind and helpful, especially with providing information about the city or printing booked tickets. The spa is very professional, and the massage was wonderful. The room was very clean with a magnificent view, and it's located just a few steps from some of Rome's historical monuments, particularly the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. We want to thank the staff at Navona once again for the excellent service, and we hope to see you again soon!

The positive experience begins right from the first encounter with the hotel staff—professional, as well as extremely kind and friendly. Special thanks to Romina for her warmth and the welcome surprise, to Matteo for his great availability, kindness, and discretion, and to the luggage assistance staff, who were very polite, helpful, and friendly.The property and the rooms are the result of a good renovation, well-maintained and very clean. The location is convenient for sightseeing in the center of Rome, as well as for business travelers who need to access central government, administrative, or legal institutions. The property is recommended for stays in central Rome.A minor downside is the night noise coming from nearby venues, which lasts until late at night.
