We recently spent 5 nights at Navona Palace Luxury Inn. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything that you need to see. The staff are always there to help in any way they can. They were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment which we weren’t expecting. The premises were very clean and it was lovely to come home after a day of walking and sightseeing to a lovely clean apartment. It was very hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plenty of restaurants right around the area and I will certainly stay at Navona Palace Luxury Inn next time I visit Rome.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Overall very good and the staff was extremely helpful. Our only issue was a steady stream of small issues (lights not working, drains not draining, etc). All issues were addressed timely, but the cost and reputation of your facility would have suggested that little issues like these would have been found and addressed by your staff during room cleanings, etc. All of that said, we would stay again because the location and overall experience were exceptional.

Excellent stay. Perfect location next to Piazza Navona. Bars and restaurants nearby and for all tastes. Friendly and efficient reception staff Large De Luxe triple room. Small living room with sofa. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Impeccable cleaning Excellent breakfast buffet served at Bar del Fico (next door to the Hotel)

We loved the location of this hotel. Many of the sites of Rome are easily walkable from the hotel (i.e. within a 15-30 minute walk) and the surrounding neighborhood is very vibrant and lively. The noise in the evening can be loud but we were easily able to shut the noise out by closing the windows when we were ready to go to sleep. The hotel room (suite) was roomy and sufficiet for a family of four (inludes a 10 and 13 year old). We would definitely pick this hotel next we travl to Rome.

The room was ok. Kinda pricey for what you get. 3rd bed was a pullout couch. Breakfast was not included like most Italian hotels. Very noisy with restaurants/bars below.

The Navonna Palace is the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome. We loved that our room had a kitchenette and put this to good use! The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again!

Fantastic location (once you find it!). Great size room although shower cabinet was small. Staff were very helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Rome.

Professional, friendly and polite.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. There were reviews of hearing loud music late into the night but that was not our experience. Possibly it was our room location, but although we heard it, it did not keep us awake. Very central to restaurants and shops. We had a rental car, and that was a bit challenging but if ever there again, we know how to navigate it. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

Second time we have stayed. Very well located, clean, good security and deli, restaurants nearby. Right in middle of ancient Rome. Booked car from airport and to cruise ship no hassles. 24hr front desk. Everything worked. Only negative was we had asked for walk-in shower and first room shower was over bath, requested change on arrival and was quickly changed to a walking shower in a better room at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Stayed in a Superior Suite. Room was fantastic with large balcony and plenty of space in separate lounge/kitchenette area and bedroom. Bonus was 2 bathrooms and very comfy bathrobes. Hotel and room were super clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Best hotel we stayed in on our 6 week Italian vacation.

Basic boutique Inn/Appt suites would rate as 3 star not 4 would reccommend a Superior Roof terrace suite. Maid service expetional clean towels and bedding daily. Excellent location,friendly staff reasonably priced considering location. Taxi service a little disappointing pre booked via hotel, let down twice no show rated 3 stars for this. Overall a great city break in an amazing City steeped in history,culture etc and beautiful people,would certainly return to Rome.

Great place that was centrally located. Room was great, personnel were extremely nice and helpful.

I had initially requested 2 beds and we got one one at the time of check in. However we were upgraded to a lovely suite.

Das Team war sehr kompetent und das Hotel hat eine 1A Lage, ein paar Details könnten in das Zimmer (mit Terrasse und Jacuzzi) optimiert werden. (neue Terrassen-Möbel, ein kleinen Anstrich hier und da,..) aber sonst super zufrieden!!!

Nice room, Good breakfast, very friendly Bellboy - unfortunately quite loud during the Night because around the hotel are several Bars.

We were thrilled when we arrived and were told our room was upgraded. Our room was beautiful with full bath and shower, plenty of sunshine, comfy bed, living room space, and a tiny deck. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, later that night, we were very surprised to hear very loud dance music coming from the bar that had a skylight in the courtyard directly outside our balcony. The music lasted until midnight. The next night, from 10:40 p.m. until midnight, again very loud music—a guitar player. Both nights, we called and complained to the front desk. They said they would see what they could do. Though the accommodations were terrific, the extremely loud music basically right in our hotel room truly soured this great experience. Upon check out, I requested a reduction in the fee, and I was informed that was not possible.
