Nice Hotel, Wonderful Location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We booked 5 nights at Hotel Navona Palace during our stay in Rome. The hotel was conveniently located. Overall facility was nice and well maintained. Dining area was clean and neat, breakfast was mediocre quality and same exact selection everyday. We booked a Superior Suite which was shown in online pictures as having a large balcony, which is why we selected it. Our room (405) had a balcony that barely fit two small chairs. After we discussed with front desk they moved us for our last two nights to their penthouse suite, which was a small room but excellent views. We stayed at the hotel with five other couples who were traveling with us. Biggest complaint from everyone was that the beds were rock hard. Like, not firm, hard as concrete. Almost a joke. We all discovered we could pull the cushion from the hide-a-bed and use it as a pad on top of the bed. It made the bed acceptable, and the couch unusable, but was better then sleeping on a rock all week. This was truly unacceptable, can't provide this poor of bed quality in a hotel.

Our stay at the Navona Palace Luxury Inn exceeded our expectations in so many ways: The staff was so friendly and helpful that they were like friends from home. The room was spacious with a wonderfully large shower The breakfast buffet had everything you'd want and was deliciously prepared. It was so close to the Piazza Navona (1 block away) where so much is happening. It is walking distance to almost everything in Rome, including the Vatican. It was the best priced hotel room per night that I found and it had to be one of the best hotels. What a find...!

All good. A pity the phone did not work from the room and that one needs to go down to reception to ask to increase or decrease the temperature in the room. The breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is very attentive. All in all a very good stay and experience we would re3commend anyone

Great location! We were able to walk to everything. I enjoyed our stay here very much.

Stayed with my family just before Christmas, really enjoyed our stay, the location of the hotel is perfect, easy walking distance to all the main sites. Also in the middle of a bustling vibrant area with lots of restaurants, shops and short distance from Navona square and it's lovely market, yes it's a little noisy at night but only to be expected and did not detract from our stay. The staff we very accommodating in helping with transfers to the airport as well as guiding us around, the room was perfect for what we needed, very spacious, would recommend the breakfast in the restaurant next door as really very good. Would easily recommend and would return here if we come back to Rome.

We spent 5 nights in September. We loved our stay, both the staff and the room were great. My husband felt the shower was a little small for him, but we were able to make it work. I will definitely return next trip to Rome. Highly recommend Navona Palace Luxury Inn

We recently spent 5 nights at Navona Palace Luxury Inn. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything that you need to see. The staff are always there to help in any way they can. They were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment which we weren’t expecting. The premises were very clean and it was lovely to come home after a day of walking and sightseeing to a lovely clean apartment. It was very hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plenty of restaurants right around the area and I will certainly stay at Navona Palace Luxury Inn next time I visit Rome.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Overall very good and the staff was extremely helpful. Our only issue was a steady stream of small issues (lights not working, drains not draining, etc). All issues were addressed timely, but the cost and reputation of your facility would have suggested that little issues like these would have been found and addressed by your staff during room cleanings, etc. All of that said, we would stay again because the location and overall experience were exceptional.

Excellent stay. Perfect location next to Piazza Navona. Bars and restaurants nearby and for all tastes. Friendly and efficient reception staff Large De Luxe triple room. Small living room with sofa. We loved the location of this hotel. Many of the sites of Rome are easily walkable from the hotel (i.e. within a 15-30 minute walk) and the surrounding neighborhood is very vibrant and lively. The noise in the evening can be loud but we were easily able to shut the noise out by closing the windows when we were ready to go to sleep. The hotel room (suite) was roomy and sufficiet for a family of four (inludes a 10 and 13 year old). We would definitely pick this hotel next we travl to Rome.

The room was ok. Kinda pricey for what you get. 3rd bed was a pullout couch. Breakfast was not included like most Italian hotels. Very noisy with restaurants/bars below.

The Navonna Palace is the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome. We loved that our room had a kitchenette and put this to good use! The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again!

Fantastic location (once you find it!). Great size room although shower cabinet was small. Staff were very helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Rome.
