The Navonna Palace is the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome. We loved that our room had a kitchenette and put this to good use! The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again!

Fantastic location (once you find it!). Great size room although shower cabinet was small. Staff were very helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Rome.

Professional, friendly and polite.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. There were reviews of hearing loud music late into the night but that was not our experience. Possibly it was our room location, but although we heard it, it did not keep us awake. Very central to restaurants and shops. We had a rental car, and that was a bit challenging but if ever there again, we know how to navigate it. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

Second time we have stayed. Very well located, clean, good security and deli, restaurants nearby. Right in middle of ancient Rome. Booked car from airport and to cruise ship no hassles. 24hr front desk. Everything worked. Only negative was we had asked for walk-in shower and first room shower was over bath, requested change on arrival and was quickly changed to a walking shower in a better room at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Stayed in a Superior Suite. Room was fantastic with large balcony and plenty of space in separate lounge/kitchenette area and bedroom. Bonus was 2 bathrooms and very comfy bathrobes. Hotel and room were super clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Best hotel we stayed in on our 6 week Italian vacation.

Basic boutique Inn/Appt suites would rate as 3 star not 4 would reccommend a Superior Roof terrace suite. Maid service expetional clean towels and bedding daily. Excellent location,friendly staff reasonably priced considering location. Taxi service a little disappointing pre booked via hotel, let down twice no show rated 3 stars for this. Overall a great city break in an amazing City steeped in history,culture etc and beautiful people,would certainly return to Rome.

Great place that was centrally located. Room was great, personnel were extremely nice and helpful.

I had initially requested 2 beds and we got one one at the time of check in. However we were upgraded to a lovely suite.

Fantastic stay ar Navona Palace. Perfect location, within walking distance of everything. Room was superb, clean, modern, spacious, and even the luxury of a jacuzzi. Thanks you so much. Highly recommended

Das Team war sehr kompetent und das Hotel hat eine 1A Lage, ein paar Details könnten in das Zimmer (mit Terrasse und Jacuzzi) optimiert werden. (neue Terrassen-Möbel, ein kleinen Anstrich hier und da,..) aber sonst super zufrieden!!!

Nice room, Good breakfast, very friendly Bellboy - unfortunately quite loud during the Night because around the hotel are several Bars.

We were thrilled when we arrived and were told our room was upgraded. Our room was beautiful with full bath and shower, plenty of sunshine, comfy bed, living room space, and a tiny deck. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, later that night, we were very surprised to hear very loud dance music coming from the bar that had a skylight in the courtyard directly outside our balcony. The music lasted until midnight. The next night, from 10:40 p.m. until midnight, again very loud music—a guitar player. Both nights, we called and complained to the front desk. They said they would see what they could do. Though the accommodations were terrific, the extremely loud music basically right in our hotel room truly soured this great experience. Upon check out, I requested a reduction in the fee, and I was informed that was not possible.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Suite could be repainted and the floors too, areas of the floor were touched up with paint.Bathroom was very good small but warm, great lighting and fab shower though the cubicle was small.We had breakfast 1 morning only, very dissappointed with it so did not return again.Consierge service was very good, friendly and willing to assist. The lady who looked after our room was very efficient and friendly.We met 3 Reception staff during our stay, 2 were very efficient and friendly, however we found the 3rd staff very cold and unfriendly, vaping behind the desk, ignoring you at the desk pretending you were nt there. We feel that the hotel is now functioning as apartment/ room rental service. I m not sure if we would return a 3rd time.

Navona palace is absolutely beautiful. Staff were fantastic. We was upgraded to the superior suite and its out of the world with a large balcony. The Friday night was a little loud but in all honesty with windows closed it wasn't a big issue and I usually struggle if there's noose at night. Amazing location aswell. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

The room was in pristine condition, clean and updated, with plenty of closet space and a great patio to take fresh air. street noise was a bit perceivable during the weekend nights but expected for the area, which is part of the experience.

Our room was perfect. The amount of space we had was great. There is one thing people should be aware of-you are in the city so when bars close down it gets noisy so bring your ear plugs! The only negative in the room was the shower-the floor is VERY slippery so please be careful. They really should put some adhesive strips down to combat it but just be aware. The shower head is amazing and the shower space is BIG for a European shower. Enjoy your stay!

Loved it fantastic room thank you

The location was great. A little difficult to find. Rooms clean. However the sink in the bathroom fell off the wall and glass was all over. Maintenance repaired the sink. However less than one hour later while I was in shower it came out of the wall again. The front desk had no solution to offer. It couldn’t be fix that day and no other rooms available. We were leaving the next day. I was unhappy that I didn’t have access to sink. I didn’t care for the receptionist attitude toward my inconvenience. I would recommend you hotel but would advise the guest about the sink.
