"We recently spent 5 nights at Navona Palace Luxury Inn. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything that you need to see. The staff are always there to help in any way they can. They were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment which we weren’t expecting. The premises were very clean and it was lovely to come home after a day of walking and sightseeing to a lovely clean apartment. It was very hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plenty of restaurants right around the area and I will certainly stay at Navona Palace Luxury Inn next time I visit Rome."

"Overall very good and the staff was extremely helpful. Our only issue was a steady stream of small issues (lights not working, drains not draining, etc). All issues were addressed timely, but the cost and reputation of your facility would have suggested that little issues like these would have been found and addressed by your staff during room cleanings, etc. All of that said, we would stay again because the location and overall experience were exceptional."
