"We booked 5 nights at Hotel Navona Palace during our stay in Rome. The hotel was conveniently located. Overall facility was nice and well maintained. Dining area was clean and neat, breakfast was mediocre quality and same exact selection everyday. We booked a Superior Suite which was shown in online pictures as having a large balcony, which is why we selected it. Our room (405) had a balcony that barely fit two small chairs. After we discussed with front desk they moved us for our last two nights to their penthouse suite, which was a small room but excellent views. We stayed at the hotel with five other couples who were traveling with us. Biggest complaint from everyone was that the beds were rock hard. Like, not firm, hard as concrete. Almost a joke. We all discovered we could pull the cushion from the hide-a-bed and use it as a pad on top of the bed. It made the bed acceptable, and the couch unusable, but was better then sleeping on a rock all week. This was truly unacceptable, can't provide this poor of bed quality in a hotel."

"Our stay at the Navona Palace Luxury Inn exceeded our expectations in so many ways: The staff was so friendly and helpful that they were like friends from home. The room was spacious with a wonderfully large shower The breakfast buffet had everything you'd want and was deliciously prepared. It was so close to the Piazza Navona (1 block away) where so much is happening. It is walking distance to almost everything in Rome, including the Vatican. It was the best priced hotel room per night that I found and it had to be one of the best hotels. What a find...!"

"All good. A pity the phone did not work from the room and that one needs to go down to reception to ask to increase or decrease the temperature in the room. The breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is very attentive. All in all a very good stay and experience we would re3commend anyone"
